Lead Pastor
Nate Gailey started as the Youth and Outreach Pastor at Hilltop in 2012. He has served in a variety of roles throughout the years. God has blessed him with the opportunity to work with children, students, and families. He is now the Lead Pastor at Hilltop.
Mansfield- born and raised. Studied History at The Ohio State University; Liberty University for Seminary.

Zane Sturts
Student Pastor
Zane is born and raised in Mansfield, OH. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with an elementary education/intervention specialist degree. Zane loves serving others through landscaping in the summer.
Zane is currently the Student Pastor at Hilltop. He was hired in May 2023 and he has a heart to see students follow Jesus. Zane has worked with students prior to coming to Hilltop and most recently was a small group leader for Middle School and High School boys. Zane and Allie look forward to working with students and their parents at Hilltop.

Jevan Cole
Worship Pastor
Born and raised in Bellville, Ohio, I’ve had a passion for music since I was 12 years old. Then, at age 14, I attended an Acquire the Fire concert in Indiana where I decided to dedicate my life to Jesus. Life has been a wild ride, but by God’s grace I met Becky in 2014, and we wed in 2016.
We now have four beautiful children, and we have been so blessed to have found Hilltop. It’s an honor and a privilege to be leading worship at this church, and I look forward to the journey of all that it means to be a part of leading praise and worship at Hilltop.

Jenn Porter
Children's Ministry Director
Jennifer joined the Hilltop staff in 2026 as the Children’s Ministry Director. Having been called to work with children at a young age, she has spent the last 24 years in the classroom teaching and pouring into the lives of students. Jennifer is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where she prepared for a lifetime of education and leadership.
Jennifer and her husband, Adam, are blessed with two children. After over two decades of teaching, she is thrilled to bring her experience and her heart for the next generation to Hilltop. Jennifer is passionate about seeing children grow in their faith and looks forward to partnering with families to build a strong spiritual foundation for their kids.
